Government-issued identification collected for verification purposes is used only for the stated purpose and is securely stored with restricted access. Identification documents are retained only for as long as necessary to complete verification, certification, or compliance requirements, after which they are securely deleted or destroyed in accordance with Canadian privacy laws.
