The objective is to provide targeted mentorship that equips individuals with the knowledge, skills, and strategies they need to advance, whether they’re navigating the early years of their career, shifting to leadership roles, or scaling a business.

Through personalized coaching, the programs aim to help participants unlock their potential, develop critical leadership skills, and achieve career and business goals. The programs are offered in four tiers: Launch, Grow, Lead, and Build, each tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals at different points in their professional and entrepreneurial paths.

Each program is open to individuals who meet specific criteria related to their career stage or entrepreneurial venture, as defined for each tier.

Over the course of three months, mentees will progress through a structured career development journey:​

  • Adapt to workplace culture and professional expectations. Plan a personalized career trajectory for long-term growth. Showcase progress at a graduation event and expand professional networks.
